The presidential suite is an excellent choice for couples and families with children. The suite has a large recreation room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a terrace, a second recreation room that can be equipped with 2 additional rooms, a sauna with a shower, a large bathroom with a hot tub, and everything that you need for a quality stay.
A delicious and nutritious buffet breakfast is included in the price. You can enjoy it at our restaurant or order it to your room. In summer, you can take the food to the terrace.

The spacious recreation area has comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a 48” smart TV, a desk, a minibar (its contents not included in the room price), as well as a large dining table with enough space for up to 10 people. The second recreation room has armchairs and an option to set up 2 additional beds.
The king-size bed of the presidential suite has a Sleepwell mattress and a pillow that you can choose from our pillow card, for a quality night’s sleep. The bedroom is also equipped with a 40” smart TV.
Sauna and bathroom
The presidential suite has a private sauna, and its bathroom has a hot tub for two, bathrobes and slippers, a towel drier, a make-up mirror, cosmetics, and a hair drier. The sauna offers a magical view of the lake and the pine forest.
Tea, coffee and water
You can enjoy a hot drink (tea, coffee) at any time. All guests in the room get free drinking water.
The room has ironing accessories and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a safe box. WiFi: always a high-quality wireless internet connection. The room has air conditioning and an adjustable heating system.

The Baltvilla’s superb location and spacious grounds offer a wide range of leisure options in the hotel and its grounds. The hotel staff also organises various themed events on a regular basis and according to the season.
Take a walk through a pine forest. There is a 3 km trail through a pine forest between Carnikava and Jūrmala, 7 km from the hotel. Looking for more of a challenge? Take a 20 km walk right from the hotel. Order a take-away meal at the hotel, so that you can enjoy it at the seaside. Looking for some physical activity, but not too much? Go to Carnikava by car, bus or taxi.

If you’re looking for some exercise, you can go outdoors, or to the gym at the nearby Baltezers Rehabilitation Centre, which is equipped with modern exercise machines. If you plan to exercise outside, ask hotel staff for available accessories, such as an exercise mat, weights, etc.

Depending on the season, our gourmet restaurant team will organise various events for those seeking an exquisite meal: buffet lunches, special dinners, tastings, master classes, etc.
In the summer season, you can swim in Lake Baltezers, rent jet skis, speed boats, rowing boats, water skis, etc. The safety of our guests is our priority, so all lessons are only possible under the right conditions (instructors, weather, etc.).
Baltezers tree nursery
A visit to the Baltezers tree nursery is a good choice for those who like walks and are interested in plants. The nursery has more than 500 different species of plants, and their beauty is best enjoyed in spring and summer. Every year, the nursery adds even more plants that thrive in Latvian climate to its collection. During a tour or a visit there, you will certainly find some ideas and inspirations for your own garden. You will also be able to immediately buy many of the plants on display at the nursery.
Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum
The Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum is one of the oldest open-air museums in Europe. Its exhibits cover an area of 87 ha, with more than 100 traditional buildings illustrating the life of peasants in what today is Latvia, within a period between late 1600’s and the end of the 1930’s.
You can take a walk there on your own, or tour the museum together with a guide, who will be able to tell you about the exhibits in Latvian, Russian, English or German. At the museum, you can buy souvenirs, and enjoy real rustic soup or bread baked in a wood-fired oven at the Priedes pub.

The zoo offers dozens of different species of wild animals, birds, reptiles, tropical creatures and insects. It’s a great opportunity to experience positive emotions and learn something new. National Botanical Garden in Salaspils
The National Botanical Garden is one of the most beautiful sites to visit in Latvia, located not far from Baltvilla Hotel. It boasts the largest collection of plants in the Baltics, which its guests can see in all its beauty, most of all during the blossoming season in spring, summer and early autumn. Those visiting the Botanical Garden in winter will also enjoy its diverse exhibits, including an extensive collection of cactuses and other temporary exhibitions. The National Botanical Garden is a perfect place for you to discover plants from several continents and distant, exotic lands.
Saulkrasti: a town by the sea
Although traditionally, Saulkrasti and its seaside is sought after for recreation in summer, taking a walk on the beach brings joy in any season. The sea and the coniferous forest maintain their magic and special character throughout the year.
The beach at Saulkrasti is 17 km long, and is fairly diverse, with singing sands in Lilaste, and rocky parts of the shore in Zvejniekciems.
The Baltā Dune, from which you can get a wonderful view of the Gulf of Riga, is on the right bank, at the mouth of the Inčupe. There is a 3.6 km long Sunset (Saulrieta) trail leading from the Baltā Dune to the Saules bridge. Those who take it get a chance to see 20 venerable pine trees.
Saulkrasti Bicycle Museum
The Saulkrasti Bicycle Museum is an exciting place to visit, both for professional and casual cyclists. The museum’s exhibits include one of the first penny-farthings made in Latvia, a Coventry-brand bicycle made in Britain, the first to have pneumatic tyres, a ‘safety’ bicycle made by the A. Leitners first bicycle factory in 1888, and many others. Has this museum inspired you to take a bicycle trip? Conveniently, it offers bicycle rentals. Though these bicycles are modern and comfortable to use.
Alfa shopping centre
The multiple floors of the Alfa shopping centre offer shops, cafes, pharmacies, banks, salons, as well as a cinema. You can really spend a whole day here, if the weather during your stay isn’t as good as you expected!
People call Sigulda the Switzerland of Vidzeme, and the town’s surroundings offer some of the most beautiful locations in Latvia. In Sigulda, you can take a tour of Turaida Castle, or take a long walk along the countless forest trails around the town. The town’s sky tram is the only one in the Baltics, and it offers a magical view of the old valley of the Gauja. In summer, Sigulda offers various options for outdoor fun, including bungee-jumping from the tram, toboggan, Tarzāns adventure park, among other things, with skiing tracks set up in winter.
All 38 rooms at Hotel Baltvilla are spacious and comfortable, measuring 22-110 m2, and are furnished to the standards of a modern 4-star hotel. The individual interior of each room is complemented by paintings created especially for Baltville by artists Ralph Janson and Agija Jansone.
We urge our guests to check in to the hotel starting from 14:00. Check-ins are sometimes available earlier, which you can ask about at the hotel’s reception desk, only on the day of the check-in. If you plan to arrive early at the hotel, we will provide you with a free room for your luggage. You will be able to spend time at the restaurant, in the hotel lobby, or take a walk around the hotel and its grounds before your check-in. To check in, our guests must present a valid personal identification document (passport or ID card), as well as a valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). We reserve the right to deny accommodations to anyone who refuses to present their documents or payment card, as well as those under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
Guests must check out of the hotel no later than 12:00. Late check-out is available for an additional fee, which requires prior arrangement with the reception desk.
Even after you check out of the hotel, you will be able to leave your luggage at our free luggage room, at no additional charge, and go for a lunch, spa treatments, or a walk on hotel grounds.
We serve buffet-style breakfast at the restaurant of the first floor of the hotel, between 7:00 and 10:30 on weekdays, and between 7:30 and 11:00, on Saturdays and Sundays. Currently we deliver this service to the rooms on an individual basis. You must choose your breakfast once your arrive at the hotel.
You can pay for your stay and other services in cash or using a payment card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

Baltvilla Hotel serves its clients in accordance with the Cabinet Regulations that govern the measures limiting the spread of COVID-19. Find out more.
No smoking is allowed on the indoor premises of the hotel, not even with windows opened. Smoking electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. We charge a fine for smoking indoors at the hotel.
We do not charge an additional fee for accommodating children up to 4 years of age. For those aged 4–12, the fee is 15 euros a night, and for those 12 or older, 20 euros a night. The additional fee includes additional bedding and a breakfast.
Please notify the staff of the need to provide additional beds, so that these can be arranged in time.
Additional beds for children or adults can be set up in the presidential suits (up to 3 more beds), the business and junior suites (up to 2 more beds), and in the romantic suite, superior standard and standard room (up to 1 additional bed).
We allow our guests to stay with their dogs; however, the hotel must be informed of this at the time of the booking. The hotel charges an additional fee for accommodating dogs: EUR 20 a night for a small dog, and EUR 30 a night for a large one. Only the standard rooms are available to those wishing to stay with a dog. When leaving the hotel, the guest must wait for their room to be checked to make sure that the ‘Rules for accommodating a dog at the hotel’ have been complied with. The owner of the pet takes full responsibility for their pet.
If you stay at our hotel with a dog, please ask the staff for feeding bowls intended for dogs. The hotel offers food bowls for dogs, and we can also provide a small towel to wipe the dog’s paws after a walk.
Pet (dog) owners are prohibited from
Walking a dog without a leash. Leaving the dog alone in the room (with a fine of EUR 100 if other hotel guests complain). Bringing the dog to the hotel’s restaurant or spa. Letting the dog sleep in the hotel room’s bed, or on any upholstered furniture at the hotel. Using hotel towels and bedding to dry the dog.
