Conference rooms

Baltvilla Hotel is an excellent place for organising local and international conferences, seminars and other corporate events.

The conference rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel and are fully disability accessible. Participants get access to a free car park for up to 80 vehicles.

At Baltvilla, conferences are organised in accordance with the Cabinet Regulations determining the measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.

        Forest Room

        The Forest Room is the biggest conference room at Baltvilla, capable of accommodating up to 100 people. It has modern, high-quality equipment, with a laser projector (2019), digital flipchart (2019), and a Clickshare wireless connection system (2020). There is a flipchart with paper and markers, WiFi, integrated sound system, and we also provide stationery.

        The room has air conditioning, with natural lighting and a view of the pine forest through the room’s large windows.

        We provide high-quality professional conference catering services, including coffee breaks, etc.

        Lavender Room

        To help your corporate event succeed, our team will also arrange coffee breaks and catering, along with accommodation and recreation after a productive conference or meeting.

        Planning

        Our team has specialists that will help you plan your corporate event, from arrival and coffee breaks to options for recreation. If your corporate event requires special equipment, or a specific room arrangement, or other details, we will make sure that everything is in place and laid out in the way that you prefer. Once the official part of the event is over, you will have an option to set up unstructured activities at the Palm Room or on our summer terrace.

        We provide high-quality professional conference catering services. Our restaurant’s head chef Antons Konstantinovs will offer a balanced menu with high-quality foods, helping you stay energetic and productive throughout the day. We can arrange a special menu for your event, with dishes for vegans and vegetarians, as well as people with allergies. In warmer weather, coffee breaks and lunches can take place outdoors, on our terrace with a view of Baltezers.

        Baltvilla Hotel has 38 rooms, and with timely bookings and planning for your event, we can provide accommodations for up to 90 people at any time. Our staff’s cordial attitude towards our guests creates a friendly atmosphere. All of our rooms have air conditioning, WiFi, a smart TV and an adjustable heating system. Our furniture is made of natural wood. At Booking.com, our hospitality has a rating of 9.1 out of 10.

        Recreation on hotel grounds and around

        During their stay at Baltvilla Hotel, its guests can find the kind of recreation that suits their interests: on hotel grounds, in its immediate vicinity, or a short trip away.

        Baltezers beach near the hotel

        The proximity of lake Baltezers creates a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the colours and mood. Take a long walk, or simply enjoy a fragrant drink prepared at our restaurant. Watching a sun setting over the lake will bring up truly positive and romantic emotions.

        Walks

        Take a walk through a pine forest. There is a 3 km trail through a pine forest between Carnikava and Jūrmala, 7 km from the hotel. Looking for more of a challenge? Take a 20 km walk right from the hotel. Order a take-away meal at the hotel, so that you can enjoy it at the seaside. Looking for some physical activity, but not too much? Go to Carnikava by car, bus or taxi.

        Take advantage of the massages and rituals offered at the hotel’s spa. Our team regularly prepares special offers for men, women and couples.

        Events at the hotel restaurant

        Depending on the season, our gourmet restaurant team will organise various events for those seeking an exquisite meal: buffet lunches, special dinners, tastings, master classes, etc.

        Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum

        The Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum is one of the oldest open-air museums in Europe. Its exhibits cover an area of 87 ha, with more than 100 traditional buildings illustrating the life of peasants in what today is Latvia, within a period between late 1600’s and the end of the 1930’s.

        You can take a walk there on your own, or tour the museum together with a guide, who will be able to tell you about the exhibits in Latvian, Russian, English or German. At the museum, you can buy souvenirs, and enjoy real rustic soup or bread baked in a wood-fired oven at the Priedes pub.

        Baltvilla Hotel is located less than 10 km away from Riga. If you book the services of Baltic Taxi, a partner of Baltvilla, in time, you can get them at a flat rate.
